  • Chiller storage chamber runs at temperatures of 4° to 5° C with capacity for 1000 pallets.
  • Freezer storage chamber has capacity for 6000 pallets.
  • Bonded warehousing facility for frozen products.

  • AHCS has the capability to force cool down your product with blast freezing capacity of 30 Tons.

  • Customised pallet configuration and assembly to meet customer and product requirements.
  • All products are stretched wrapped and palletised to ensure safe storage and transportation.

  • Order assembly and product sorting as per customer and order requirements with re-boxing on request
  • Case weight barcode functionality, weight tabulation and bulk weighing
  • Matrix coded pallet location labelling
  • Pre-picking of loads on request to ensure quick turnaround

  • Arranging of State Vet Officials or a NRCS representative for the sampling of products for microbiological testing.
  • HACCP food safety program to ensure safe handling and storage.
  • Live reporting on compromised loads with pictures and quarantining for inspection.

  • Coordinating all container transportation to and from the port (phase 2)
